Paralegal in South Carolina

Paralegal schools in South Carolina offer students the opportunity to complete coursework leading to an exciting career as a paralegal or legal assistant. Most paralegal schools in South Carolina have two-year associate’s degree programs that take two years to complete if enrolled full-time. Many programs have an internship component where students spend a quarter or semester working under the tutelage of a licensed attorney and other paralegals. The occupation is expected to be one of the fastest growing fields during the next 7-10 years based upon projections by the Bureau of Labor Statistics.  The field is expected to grow by 28% because of increased litigation.
