Criminology in Nevada

Criminology schools in Nevada prepare students with the foundational skills required for a career in criminology. Most students enter into a four-year program in which they graduate with a bachelor’s degree in criminology. For students who desire less time in school, a two-year associate’s degree is available. A master’s degree is also available in criminology and typically takes students an additional two years, after a bachelor’s degree is obtained. Internships in criminology are often required during the student’s senior year of college just prior to graduation. Most internships lead to full-time employment in law enforcement following graduation.
