Associate of Applied Science Degree in Criminal Justice

At the Criminal Justice Program at Sanford-Brown College -Milwaukee, students will learn the practical real world skills required to make a start or progress in a career in criminal justice. The objective of this program is to provide students with a comprehensive knowledge base that includes, but is not limited to, corrections, law enforcement and court systems while at the same time providing for career preparation from both an entry-level and administrative position.

The Criminal Justice Program at Sanford-Brown covers key topics in criminal justice and juvenile justice processes, criminology, law enforcement, law adjudication and corrections. Becoming a criminal justice professional requires broad-based preparation which students will acquire while earning their Associate of Applied Science Degree.

Some employment opportunities may require the completion of additional educational prerequisites. Sanford-Brown College-Milwaukee requires the successful completion of 96-quarter credit hours to earn an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Criminal Justice.
